Now accepting reservations for booth space rentals for the July Mile Long Yard Sale. This year the event will be held on Monday, July 4th. Numerous households around the community are taking advantage of the weekend to display their sale items Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

The fire company will be renting vendor spaces at the station on Monday, July 4 for only the one day. The 10×10 vendor spaces at the Long Meadow Fire Station are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. And, these spaces usually fill FAST!

Rental prices range from $25-$65**
Please select the proper ticket type for the appropriate space —
at the Station for 1 day or at Resolute Tissue for your choice of 1, 2, or 3 days.

1 Day Rental = $25

2 Day Rental = $40

3 Day Rental = $65

Yard Sale Guidelines

• • No food or beverage vendors.
  • Set-up 5:30am day of event.
  • Each vendor is responsible for supplying their own table(s) and/or tents(s).

• The event is held rain or shine and the fee is non-refundable.
• Longmeadow Volunteer Fire Company is not responsible for any damages or loss.

Parking Space Rentals

The firefighters also host several parking areas along the yard sale route for a minimal parking fee. If you’re searching for a place to park, consider using one of our parking lots.

**Please Note: This is a yard sale not a Direct Sells Event/Open House. Event Brite Coordinators will not be monitoring Consults reserving spaces. The fire company is not responsible to the contract terms of the Direct Sales Company/Consultant.
