We’re gearing up for the Mile Long Yard Sale by offering two options for rental spaces.

Choose to sell your yard sale items or join us as a food truck vendor.

Yard Sale Rental Spaces

Outside Spaces Rental Fee: $25.00

Set-Up: 5:30am day of event – Tuesday, July 4th

The walkway is located between rows. If you would like more than one space, please choose within number sequence order. ALL spaces are located outside.

Vendor is responsible for supplying Table(s)/Tents(s). Event is rain or shine, fee non-refundable. Longmeadow Fire Company is not responsible for any damages or loss.

No food or beverage vendors. If you’re interested in food, you will need to click the link for Food Vendor/Food Truck Rental spaces.

**Please note: this is a yard sale not a Direct Sells Event/Open House. Coordinators will not be monitoring Consults reserving spaces. Fire Company is not responsible to the contract terms of Direct Sales Company/Consultant.

Food Truck Rental Spaces

Food Truck/Food Vendor Rental Fee: $150.00

Set-Up: evening prior to event – Monday evening, July 3rd

Food vendors are asked to set up night before; further details will be communicated closer to event. The placement of food vendors is at the discretion of the Fire Department Personnel.

Purchasing of space, vendor is agreeing set-up and operation is at their own risk. All required Food permits are the responsibility of Operator.

Event Guidelines

• Longmeadow Volunteer Fire Company is not responsible for any damages or loss.

Parking Space Rentals

The firefighters also host several parking areas along the yard sale route for a minimal parking fee. If you’re searching for a place to park, consider using one of our parking lots.
