2019 Station 27 Annual Awards Banquet
On February 16, 2019, we celebrated our 47th year of service to the citizens of our community. The Fountain Head Country Club was kind enough to host their first due firefighters as we sat back to enjoy the festivities. We reflected on all that had been accomplished in 2018, including doubling the size of our station, while still maintaining the top-notch that service our community has come to rely on.
In addition to the regular awards and recognition of our responders, we also celebrated the lives of those we have lost in 2018 with the passing of charter member Myron Burkholder and Firefighter David Sexton. They have both exemplified the tradition of service to others and surely will be missed by all who knew them.
