The Fire Chief is responsible for the entire Operation Division of the company. He must manage its budget, and delegate responsibilities his line officers while monitors their overall progress in regard to fire company priorities. He also oversees the part-time paid driver program as well as the duty officer schedule. The Fire Chief also represents the company in the Washington County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association Chief's Committee. |
