At 1033, Company 27
was alerted for a working barn Fire on Broadfording Road in the area of
Hagerstown Commons. Units from Longmeadow responded and assisted with
extinguishment and water supply. Units cleared the scene by 1200
hours.

At 0743, units from
Longmeadow were dispatched on a box alarm assignment to assist company
13, Maugansville, with a commercial building fire at Brewers Saab. Units
arrived to find working fire. Crews from Longmeadow assisted with roof
ventilation, extinguishment of a fire confined to the roof and
crawlspace of the attic area as well as assisting with interior salvage.
Units from Longmeadow cleared in just over an hour.

At 1808 units from Longmeadow were alerted for a
Chimney fire on Greencastle Pike. Immediately after response, the
call was upgraded to a house fire as homeowner reported visible
extension into the attic area. Units arrived to find a working
chimney fire with mild extension. Crews from Longmeadow took over
roof operations as well as the establishment of a rapid intervention
team. The fire was quickly brought under control. Units
cleared by 2020.

At 2246 units from Longmeadow were alerted for a
personal injury accident on Marsh Pike. Units responded to find a
one vehicle accident, where the vehicle struck an electrical pole.
Crews from Longmeadow assisted with patient extrication and care as well
as traffic control and hazard management. Units cleared the scene
by 0015
